ok, ive read alot of these forms and nobody knows what they are talking about so please dont tell me not to get a car alarm, becuz im protecting a thousand dollar stereo system and I need one with autolocks, auto start, and of course the alarm it self when doors are opened. my windows are heavily tinted so i doubt they can shatter them. I heard vipers are good so if some one could please help me with a good quality car alarm system id appreciate it. thanks

Tint is no protection, and honestly if someone wants your stuff enough a car alarm isnt either. Your best bet is a high end DEI alarm (DEI owns almost all the major brands Clifford, Viper, Avital, Python, etc) preferably with a 2 way paging feature. I'd suggest a shock sensor, proximity sensor and a glass break sensor. I believe most of DEI's best alarms are now sold under the Viper and Clifford names. And stereo coverage on your insurance as suggested is a wise move. I actually MADE money when my stereo got stolen (and I had a clifford alarm with prox, shock, and tinted windows, and the car was in a parking lot with the car alarm going off and noone paying any attention to it).What car commercail has the song that says "i like to live on the edge"?

From reading your question, it's obvious you really don't want an answer. I don't care what you put on the car, if some wants your stereo, it will be gone. So, if you are dumb enough to make your car that big of a target do two things.How to make a still to make ethanol?
1. Put on the best alarm you can, preferably one that will page you when it goes off.
2. Add an umbrella coverage to your insurance to cover the stereo when it does get stolen.
