How to make a fuel cell?

Hit the track, private property, or like the mudders do, hit the hills. Best to do it in gravel or dirt first to get the feeling, then hit the pavement. DO NOT do it on public streets. Some instances where it may be safe is to do it when turning a corner. Give it gas, and keep the pedal down as you shift, when you pop the clutch your tires will spin, then counter steer. Do this on LEFT TURNS ONLY to minimize chances of taking out oncoming traffic. Unless there is parked cars near your turning area. Empty parking lots also work. Deserted are best. Please, do not do it in the middle of the night, in an apartment complex, where people are trying to sleep. I like to drift, but I called the cops on a drifter for waking me up at 2a.m. drifting in my apartment complex. He almost hit somebody's car too. So be respectful of others, don't do it around kids, do it in open spaces, where you aren't in danger of harming yourself or others. Best place is the track.
