Anyone know a UK driving test examiner?

Question:
Does anyone know a current or retired examiner? As a ADI driving instructor I would love to know the truth about all the theories regarding tests been a foregone conclusion to keep pass rates. Obviously some people fail through major faults but I see massive inconsistency on a monthly basis.

Yeah but why fail people? is it based on money? cos most people who fail will pass within a 6 month window anyway so if it's a case of keeping people off the roads and the roads less congested it's not gonna work longterm. I don't know any examiners. I think they are regarded like the taxman so they stay quiet...
