I hope it doesn't happen, some jobs are still based on good employer/employee relations, if you are a good driver they will not just replace you with a foreign guy, if they do then they are not worth working for and the agencies always want drivers here in my city. I do see your point though and wish our do good positive discrimination government would take a hard line as in canada and say Hey! no foreign workers unless there is a shortage/skills gap. Actually i gotta say that i feel like a minority here in my city, when i walk up the street i can count many languages, if i can make some money i will bugger off to spain. I may as well be a minority where the sun shines.
