I don't believe you can do anything about it, the window is actually stopped by the wheel well. There should be one screw holding the interior onto the door (usually in the cup of the door) and the rest of the inside door covering should just snap out(be carefull not to break the plastic pins). Then you can check for sure on your vechile. Mustangs are pretty interchangable with all the other ford models so you might look into the slide and window motor if you can rig something up.no; the back windows are like that for child safety, so the kid doesnt fall out of the window or something.
