I want to mount driving lights to the front of my car and am looking for some way to attach them to my car?

I would like to add some driving lights to my car. I do not want to drill holes in my bumper either. Does anyone know of a good website that may have some information on this? I have a 1998 Subaru Legacy Wagon.
