You can be fined for seperate speeding violations, as many times as you violate the law...this means by going even 1/10th over the posted speed. THAT is not likely to happen...but you CAN be fined for going even just 5mph over!

My friend passed a camera and it flashed. he knew he wasnt speeding so did a uturn and passed the same camera. it flashed again. so convinced that the camera was faulty he tried it one more time and true to his word it flashed again.
he took great delight in contacting the police to inform them of their faulty speed camera and asked that no points were added to his license becasue of this. few days later (after all his boasting and telling people the camera wassnt working properly) he got a letter to say that the camera was not faulty but he had infact been caught driving without a seatbelt on and would be prosecuted three times hahahahah sicken him
