you need a fleese blanket, first aid kit. a mummy sleeping bag, a tarp for under it plenty of water, changed routinly. flashlight hopfuly one that plugs into car lighter, if not extra bateries.non perishable snacks, water proof matches.a dry set of clothes.rope, swissarmy knife.small shuvle. gloves.head cover of some kind.a weeks worth of any medication you are on. anaand I hope you never need any of it.In the winter time if in a climate that gets snow or ice (or traveling to an area that does) you want to keep at least one blanket, some candles, matches or lighter, a box of graham crackers (or somthing similar that won't spoil), and at least one bottle of water (with some taken out for room to expand if it freezes).
Some items that would be helpful are jumper cables, tire chains, bag of sand (to act as a weight for better traction, plus it can be spread on the ground to increase traction if needed), emergency flares, folding shovel, extra gloves, hat scarf and a change of clothes.
How many Kilowatts of electricty does it take to run an electric car?
Of course, those items are mostly for longer trips where you'll be farther away from home and possibly in a remote area for any length of time if you should have problems.
Things to keep all the time are jumper cables, cell phone with car adapter, small first-aid kit, flashlight, a note pad (in case you need to write down information from a wreck or anything else) and a couple pencils (or pens in a zip lock bag in case they leak). Spare and jack are a given and should already be in the car.
Are Toyota Celicas and Supras similar? If so, how?
A lot of the larger items will fit in the spare wheel area around the spare and smaller items can be kept in the glove box.
Well for starters you want to make sure that there's a spare tire(check to make sure its inflated), a jack, and a jack handle and or lug wrench. (to remove nuts from wheel). Its always helpful to keep a flashlight and some hand tools like an adjustable wrench and a couple of screwdrivers(slotted and Phillips) Some people keep emergency flares in case they break down on the highway however I prefer reflectors for just such an emergency. Depending on where you live it might not be a bad idea to keep a blanket in your trunk. Last but not least some bottled water and maybe some snacks in case your broke down somewhere where help is going to take awhile to get there.
