You should check the weather report on their official website. Even if it's not snowing it's required to have tire chains in your trunk just in case. If a officer pulls you over and you don't have tire chains in your car, even if it's not snowing, they'll right you up and make you purchase them. So even if the site says tire chains not required on the roads, keep them in your car just in case.
