I dont have a passport.?

They used tar that they sprayed down from a small tanker truck. Then hauled in sand to spread over it. Then a grader pulled normally by a truck mixed it back and forth a few times. Then came a little more sand on top of it. After that traffic just ran over it during their travels till it was totally mixed. Had fun removing tar out of wheel wells with coke for a few weeks. Watch movie Cool Hand Luke ,they where doing it by hand.
