Is it at all possible for 6 bolt 139.7 wheels to fit a vehicle with a 6 bolt 114.3 pattern?

mot`s should cost anywhere from £35 to £45, some do charge more but they "do a mini service like plugs etc "apparently, i remember a few years back a local garage would do the mot for free if they serviced the car at the same time ,but the price of the service i would have wanted a full tank of petrol as well:-)but i do live in north east and thought mot`s where all the same price up and down the country as a set price
