Your cars are front wheel drive so there is no mechanism to allow the trasfer of power to your rear wheels they are pretty much just along for the ride and provided that nothing goes wrong with them or that you are not applying the brakes they just spin freely.

There is no way to do it with your current equipment. Your transmission needs to have a way to get power to the rear wheels - and a drive shaft - and rear axles - and different rear suspension geometry... Usually, the best way is to buy all the stuff from the factory's rally program, but that car doesn't compete in the WRC, so the factory doesn't make a gearbox/transfer case for that engine, or for that chassis. You could probably graft the complete drivetrain from a different car (say, an old Mitsu Eclipse, or a Celica GT4), but getting it to fit would be an expensive problem, and getting it to pass emissions would also be a problem.How do I put my electric windows back on track (honda cvc hx 97')?

This would severly compromise the strength of the body, meaning you would need to install a chassis.
