I just got out of a sneak preview and say a Lambo (i think) get airborne after spolier came off. Car was using nitrous and was going over 220 mph. I know in the movie that it was CGI, but does the spoiler really keep the car from lifting off?

I've managed to get a car airborn at much lower speeds than 220 mph. All it takes is an appropriately sloped railroad crossing and no concerns about whether the car lives or dies.A car lifting off from aerodynamics, though, isn't going to happen. They almost always do very scary things long before they're going fast enough for takeoff, so that it's pretty much impossible to reach those speeds. Modern exotics don't rely on wings for downforce, either - the whole body generates downforce.
