Actually - not to be perdantic - but it's a blue badge now & you don't have to have higher rate DLA to get one. I received mine for middle rate and it's true that you get your road fund licence paid too - if that car is SOLELY used for YOUR purpose. If your daughter had no road fund licence because of this (you still get a circular badge for your windscreen but it's filled in £0) and was stopped without you in the car, she could be fined and you could lose your blue badge. I use mine when I'm taken out by people to enable me to be parked nearby & use disabled spaces. You do have to be careful & sensible with it as it's easy to have it taken away. I've known people who have used it to "pop to the shops" - been stopped & can't prove that they are the holder of the blue badge.yes if you register it to her vehicle.if your on higher rate you can also get the road tax paid

In virginia parking tag is for person not the car..unless you want a lic plate with disabled on it. i like the portable tag so i can use it for any car im in.you have to be in receipt of full mobility DLA to get the orange badge.

No the badge is not issued to the car or driver but to the disabled person. As long as the disabled person is in any car the badge of that person can be used. You can apply for the blue badge, but make sure your daughter only uses it when your in the vehicle. Also its an offence if she park's in a disabled bay and you do not leave your vehicle. be careful as they can fine you and take the badge away...More Questions & Answers ...
