Question:
My friend rented a car in Bayswater (no-bird) last month, the car 's bumper was made a little damage (print peering off) by the driver.
Thus , this car rental company charged a huge amount from the driver 's credit card account . As a friend , I have no ideas about it .Dose anyone give some suggestion in dealing with this condition? Thank you !

How does this budgit efect my car tax?
If you rent a car you are responsible for the damage to it unlss you take their insurance coverage. Your friend should talk to their credit card company and the rental company and get them to validate the charges.Whats avg cost for shipping a car overseas?
There should be a mechanism for dispute.Check the rental contract or just call the rental agency...Are their any suvs that look like the Geo tracker? or similarites?
You must read the small print in the rental agreement that you sign they list so much that they can do to you if you further damage to any car they hire to you it is not funny. A car can have damage when you hire it it pays you to have a list of every dent scratch on that car .If he is accepting responsibility for the damage, he will be responsible for the charges and he can either file a claim with his insurance to cover it or pay it our of pocket. If he DID NOT cause the damage, you need to know if an inspection was done at the time of rent. Before he left with the car most rental companies will do a "walk around" with you to check for pre-existing damage and verify the gas and mileage on the car. If there was no "walk-around" done before he rented the car or if it was done and the damage in question was noted he may have the upper hand in court. Most rental companies offer some form of "Damage Waiver" for a small per-day fee and while it can add a little money to your bill in a situation like it would have saved your friend ALOT of money.
