Can i smoke my tires if i use an All Wheel Drive vehicle ??
Charge less then anyone else.Do tow truck companies normally operate 24 hours a day or do they shut off at midnight?
go around and talk to businesses and give them quotes, dont forget liability insurance,in some places if someone has an accident or a slip and fall the plowing operator can be held liable, not the business as they have hired you and that relieves them of the responsibilityI assume you live in a cold climate area. First. Hope for snow!! Second get out there and do the work. Volunteer to do someones for free. Someone may see you and ask if you can help them. post a card at your local restaurant, gas station, etc. Signs on the door of the snow plow may help. good luck
Why do American V8's sound so different to European V8's?
I plowed snow for 17 years, before I got smart. Anyway, I talked to as many condo and townhome developments as I could. Ask at every little convenience store that you can find. Talk to apartment managers. Check ads for large landscape companies looking for subcontractors. Your best hourly income will be doing private driveways. Make up flyers and distribute them in areas you'd like to work. You'll probably need to shovel some walks also. When I had alot of drives, I could make at least $100 / hr. Otherwise I could only charge $55 / hr for hourly jobs. The only problem with drives is, you have to do them early and complete, whereas if you get some condos, apts, etc you can go back later for clean-up and get in some more hours. PLEASE get insurance to protect yourself. Email me if you have some more questions. Good luck.More Questions & Answers ...
