The higher the price,the higher the octane rating at any particular station.
Octane is an additive that helps prevent engine detonation,or pinging.
Higher performance engines generally need higher octane fuel to keep from pinging as much.
The quality of gas can differ some from station to station.
Unless you vehicle specifies the premium grades,I wouldn't bother spending the extra money.
