It is cheaper to buy a car in the US and have it shipped to Moscow because of the luxury taxes. Some vehicles cost 3 times as much. Any help finder a shipping company that will do this or a car company would be appreciated.

I wouldn't ship a car here unless you really know someone. You will have to pay a lot of taxes and customs fees. Chances are it will be stolen. Don't trust people here if you if it is a matter of business or money. If you are coming here and need a car there are many that you can buy and they are not all Lada's and GAZ. You can buy any european model and there are also many american models here as well.
