switch mobiles off when entering cars ? instead of penalting people if you know what i mean. Instead of fining people , they should concreate on designing techology that helps and not be so bloody stupid, If people want to use the phone in the car , they should use bluetooth to use the techonolgy outside the car . whatever i think its stupid that drivers are allowed to use techonlogy in their cars when they should be focusing on the road .... anyone agree?

The way things are going I wouldn't be surprised if soon we DO have phones that won't work if there is a car engine running within 5 feet of them.Do you have a special bond with your car?
