What kind of car rims reflect "colored" light and not white light?

Question:
I saw these rims in a magazine and instead of reflecting white light like normal chrome, the light is broken up into the color spectrum (real cool effect, by the way) like a prism. Does anyone know what brand these rims are or what "style" they are? And where I can find them?

I have seen these rims too. The car I seen them on was an R34 skyline, cant remember which magazine. At the time, the rims were just prototypes and not for public sale yet. If you can find any, it will be a rim with a "titanium" finish.
