What is a good All Season passenger car tire for $50-70?

I am not concerned about high speed handling or extreme performance. I just want something that is safe and has reasonable handling for non-aggressive driving.

Answers:

Why can't they make all cars environmentally friendly? And why do most green cars look so ugly?

I'm over here in UK so I cant give you brands, but what I can say is that whatever you choose, wtick with a well known brand, such as Michelin, Firestone, Goodyear , Pirelli etc.

What doyou think about BMW s ? what is your opinion about them? Why do you think so?

Budget Tyres (Nankang, Kuhmo etc) are accidents waiting to happen, and even the cheapest tyre from a known maker such as pirelli will be safer than anything budget.
