What do I need to do in order to open up a custom truck shop?
its a big job. you'll need an pressured oil supply and somewhere to return it to. then you'll probably need a different manifold, youll need to modify the exhaust, then you'll need to reroute the intake so it goes via the turbo, and returns to the intake manifold, and chances are, where the turbo will go, it'll be right next to the radiator. you'll also need to replace the injection pump so it has boost control on it, otherwise the engine will run lean when the turbo's doing its thing. it'll be cheaper to go and chop it in for a turbo modelCostco return policy on gps systems?

looked into this few times with dfferent cars and bascally have to change the exhaust with manifold all the way add an intercooler buy the turbo remap the ecu.And is there a turbo version for your van or do you have to make the parts fit from other vans.Might be worth pricing up a turbo engine or changing the van.
Some other engines might fit from other cars vans etc.
Nos might help gain a great amount of bhp and is getting cheaper now days.
Prob not the answer you wanted but a little help.
There is plenty to do to an na engine to gain some bhp not turbo gains but still some good gains the main is to remove the cat then upgrade air filter and plugs.
