with 8 minor, what is the most minors/majors you have gotten?

My driving instructor said one of his pupils got 6 major and 23 minor (all in one test).

Where I live (Ireland) if you get 8 minors, and any 1 major will fail you. One my first test I got something like 17 minors, but my 2nd, which I passed I got 6, yeah.

I teach people to drive now and one pupil i had got 18 minors and 3 majors, i didnt let him use my car for his test as i knew he wasnt ready but he insisted he went for it so he used a hire car. Ive since heard he's been through 6 tests and 4 instructors and failled everyone of them for excessive speeding, the examiner has had to break to slow him down and then instantly return to the test centre, the boy is a nutcase and should never get his license

On my first test I got 1 dangerous (oops) 2 majors and 13 minors. I took the test far too early with a rubbish instructor. My 2nd test I was failed on something that I shouldn'tve been and 3rd time lucky I passed with 1 minor...phew!! (For my last test I had no lessons in the previous 2years and even tho I had some bad habits they passed me! )
