The fastest car you can afford.None!! If you want to kill yourself I don't mind but racing on the street kills innocent people.
If you want to race, do it on a track or private property. Every yr here in Tampa we lose 4-10 kids to street racing. Also laws are very expensive when you get caught and you will as you can't drive faster than a radio or helicopter. And that raises your insurance a lot.
Join the SCCA or NHRA and do it right.

Depends on the course and your income. Personally a turbo Porsche, although I love the Skyline. Both have unbelievable handling.
