Speeding ticket in a commercial truck?

Question:
I managed to get speed trapped in my company truck the other day. (First speeding ticket I've ever got.) So the cop writes me a ticket, but she marks the truck not being a commercial vehicle. The tags on the truck plainly state that it's a commercial truck. Is there a difference between a commercial vehicle and a "commercial truck"? Really my question is, was this done to screw me out of more money, help me, or does it even have any bearing on anything?

I was wondering how i might find a free gas coupon?

In most states a truck or van is considered a commercial vehicle, so that they can charge more money. An actual commerical truck is over 10,001 lbs. I have question for you do you have a commerical drivers license or a regular one, that will make a difference on the price of the ticket. Along with how fast you were going and where. You can always ask for traffic school if this is your first ticket for speeding.

What name & tpe of car was vin desial driving in the movie the fast and the furious?

there is a differance ,a commercial truck is over 26,000 lbs,a comercial vehicle is one that hauls other than just passangers, for instance,a station wagon hauling something in the back needs to have a comercial plate rather than a pasanger plate, the police can tell by the leters on the plate like number first then the letters or letters first, in most states a comercial truck has one leter flowed by numbers, if you have a CDL you can not go to trafic school, and you mite think about fighting your ticket but get a lawer,CDL drivers usually pay 3 times the amount as a non CDL holder, and if you are a company driver you have to notify your company,if you are acompany driver and get paid by the hour, you need your head examend, because you give us profeshional drivers a bad name.
