i;m assuming you mean biodiesel, if you mean the fuel it is derived from vegetable oil and has to be processed. if you want to do it yourself be ready to spend about 10k for the eqiptment and have a good knowledge of chemistry.
not impossibly, but very labor and time intensive.
if you mean engine then a regular diesel engine works fine, just change all you hoses because biodiesel disolves rubber hoses
