Car Rental Companies?

Question:
Does anyone know of any cheap companies (mainly ones that charge less than 10.00/day for an underage (18-24) driver? The only one I heard of is Fox rental cars. But I heard alot of complaints from them. I made a reservation with them but I want a backup just in case. Thanks

Your bet is look up in your local yellowpages. In SF there's an outfit called A-1 Rentacar, but in SF market is expensive, $25-40 a night.
