Answers:

Nissan altima 2005?

cant say,you dont state the incline.
if you are going up and down an 11% grade over 1 mile or a 2% grade over 20 miles ,these factors will change the results and the fuel comsumption for comparison.
also if the engine is off you will have no power brakes or steering and on the 11% grade you will die before you reach the bottom and then fuel milage wont matter

you wont save any fuel and you burn the clutches in your trans. Keep it running and let it coast down hill

Vauxhall corsa power steering problem?

It is conceivable that you could save a small bit of fuel, but the downhill leg of your trip wouldn't be safe with the engine turned off, because you need the engine to provide power for steering and brakes.
