Question:
I live out in the corn fields of Ohio...and I got curious about this.
Motorbike Spped restrictors possible - cars next?
I realize how valuable each little section of land is in the city, and on TV I can't remember ever seeing any gas stations.
I live in alaska we have all the gas so why do we have to pay more than people in the lower 48s?
So where are they in big cities such as New York City?
My car is stuck on a residential road in a snow drift how can i get it out?
I would imagine that even if you factored out the public transportation (which i'm assuming have their own pumps strictly for that cab/bus company) that there are still a lot of cars needing to fill up daily.
So do they hide them in bigger buildings (this wouldn't make sense to me...as it seems like an 'accident' waiting to happen)
or are they all on the outskirts of the city?
What is the"hess" sound when ppl release the gas padel on sport car ??
Weird question i know.

What are the legal aspects on car headlights?
This is a good question...I lived in NYC and I was into Delivery with a huge gas guzzling van. Now, here was the thing, I mostly worked in Manhattan, but lived just over the bridge in Queens. I always filled up in Queens, there are plenty of gas stations in the boroughs. And Yes, there are gas station in Manhattan, but they are very few, and small and expensive, and dirty, all those things. And there are no gas station in Midtown, where you see all those huge buildings. I believe there are about 10 in manhattan below 60th street., mostly on the west side where there is kinda more space. To get to one gas station in that traffic, it'll take you at least a half an hour to an hour, even though were talking about a mile or two in between them. But usually they are very small, like i said, and full with yellow cabs. If I can remember correctly, there is one by the Queensboro bridge, there is one in SoHo at Houston street, and the rest are on the west side like I said. And there are more in Harlem, which is north of 100th street. Anyway, I never ran out of gas in manhattan because if you do, you're in big trouble, because of the traffic congestion. The traffic there is unimaginable, you have to see it to believe it. Thats why its always a good Idea to fill up in the boroghs like Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Or go in New Jersey, which is on the other side of manhattan and gas is way cheaper there, like 30-40 cents below the NY price. But remember, if you ever go into manhattan, don't drive with your car, take public transportation, cause you'll just end up fustrated being stuck in the middle of every intersection and and there is no parking for cars during the day. Only commercial vehicles, like vans and trucks can park from 6 AM to 6 PM on the streets. And don't get me started at those parking tickets... at 115 dollars each, you'll just get angry. I got 2 tickets in one day and I almost exploded. I ended up hating that city so much. Well, hope this helps. ;)
