How many of you have had a sparkplug blow out of your Ford?

Replace the coil and spark plug wires. Buy a whole set of plug wires and just replace the coil wire to get it back home. Then carefully replace one at a time each spark plug wire. This is where I will recommend A/C Delco wires because if you get the right part number they will fit correctly right length and wire end boots. Make sure you burp the air out of the end boots and use the silicone grease included in the wire package or buy extra dilectric grease. The grease seals out moisture. The 4.3 liter is known to burn out the coil wire
