Yes, you did technically flee the scene of an accident as your car came into contact with another car, that's not supposed to happen when you're driving. I remember the time I made a cop have an accident, that was pretty funny. He was backing up and I kept telling him to come back and he proceeded to back into a Jeep, my friends and I just walked away at that point.
