i dont no bout down there in texas but up in minnesota you take you classes and get to take you permit test when you turn 15, but befor you can get your licens you have to have 6 hours of " behind the weel" training with one of the driving acatimy ppl and need your permit for at least 5 months befor you can get your licens.
