Question:
Do you think your better off learning to drive in London rather than in the country?
Will 205/60r15 tires, rims work on a 99 Town and Country that has 215/65r16 on it now?
I want to learn to drive and I'm just going to go for it, I've hesitated for so long now and I feel I'm ready to do it! I passed my theory test this time last year, does that mean I have to re-sit it as its been over a year and has expired? How many lessons do you think I will need? I've only ever had 2hrs of driving in my life and I'm 25 :)
Answers:
Your theory lasts for 2 yrs, and if I where you I would learn to drive in London. The reason for this is that you will get better experience of driving in traffic and meeting other cars, in the long run it will make you a more confident driver. I have been driving for 2 yrs and I am terrified of the motorway, what a twat!! Go for it tho, I couldn't cope without my car now. x
if your theory test has expired then yes you will have to do it again. make sure you revise well for it again to make sure you pass, even if you think you know everything. i would recomend getting it done and dusted and out of the way with.
I heard a guy talk about the Throttle Body on his car. What the heck is that?
i would also say learning to drive where you are most familiar with the surroundings would be the best place. somewhere where you generally know the roads. youre going to know the roads better that are nearer your house arent you than somewhere 20+ miles away. i would have a look around for a reccommended driving instructor, one you know will be good and just go for it. good luck!!!!! x
your theory certificate lasts you for two years
