Have a jeep how do i?

i have a jeep it is starting to get a little bubbly lookin like it does before it rusts in a small strip across the hood right at the front of the hood where u close it.... im just wondering what i can out on there so that it wont rust or what i can use to cover it so i dont have to look at it

sand it to bare metal, than spray with a good primer. cover with a match with the other paint.

its rusting because the water is setting in the materal used. it might sound stupid but its true, you could sandpaper it off and give it a spray paint or dry the area when it becomes wet (not much good in the rain). maybe you could buy something to coat the rusting area.
