You'll need an item called a tow dolly. This secures and raises the front wheels of the vehicle you're towing and provides the required tail/stop lights. It's pretty easy to use-a tilting ramp and racheting nylon straps are the main components. Remember to re-cinch the straps after the first several miles to eliminate any slack.
