1960 ceylonese police front number plate?

Question:
anybody have a picture of one of these? my friend has a book with a group of ceylonese ( sri lankan ) police on motorbikes (triumphs) but the picture is from such an angle and distance that the numberplate can barely be read, i require a close up pic
