I have a Chevy TH350 Transmission and I do not know what year it is, Can someone help me?

on the transmission where the shifter bracket is there is a circle which is divided into 3 parts and in one of the parts is a 3 and in another part there is a 12-73 and then there is some letters/numbers below it which is CFD3. can someone please help me.
