I lost my driver's license and I can't get to DMV right away, what should i do?

I don't want to get pulled over one day for something and not have my license I won't be able to go until later this week.

What is this car accident type called and where can I find a video of it?

Also is it ok to have duplicate drivers license? I thought about keeping one in the car.

Not having your D/L on your person is really not a problem. The police would only need to run your name to see if your are valid. Sure letter of the law states they could give you a ticket, but I really don't know one that would. In Illinois it would be an automatic dismissal if you produce a D/L that was valid at the time of the stop. So I would not worry about it.

Cars with digital odometers?

Once you get a dupicate license though the DMV with note that on your file. Now the original is technically invalid.
