What do you think about leasing vehicles. We're curretly in a lease and.?

Question:
have gone over our mileage -- and still have till June. We could turn it in and dive into another lease but the payments are way higher because the first lease had an Employee Choice number because the salesman found us one. Well he is no longer with co. and now the new salesman said he can't find us one. Meanwhile we're paying 20 cents a mile as we continue to wait. Maybe we should just buy the Town & Country Chrysler vehicle. Any thoughts?

Can you go off-road (drive on the sand/beach) with the H3?

Leasing a vehicle is GREAT--for everyone involved BUT you! I can't stand to see how people think leases are sooooo great. When you lease a vehicle you DO NOT OWN the vehicle. you are paying out a ton of money just so someone else can buy the vehicle for cheap. Alot of lease payments aren't all that much cheaper than what the actual car payment to just buy the thing would be. You are way money ahead if you buy a newer model used car. As for your situation, if you like the vehilce then you are better off buying out your lease, do it now, just go BUY the vehicle out. Then you don't have to worry about being docked for mileage or any other BS that the lease entails and if you don't like it go trade it in--but DO NOT Re-Lease a vehicle buy a newer model used vehicle.

Why can't they make all cars environmentally friendly? And why do most green cars look so ugly?

If you're looking for another car, the salesman might agree to drop the overages if you buy a new car from him. I have heard of this happening to a lot of people who drove over the mileage limits on their leases. It might be more benefical then buying the car you're leasing now.
