How can we find out if our Grandson is on a bus bound for Pa.?

We are having an emergency here and must find out if our Grandson is arriving via bus today. Because of 9/11 company will not give out info.

Can you tell the bus company that it's an emergency and have THEM tell him to call you? Be forceful and direct, I was able to reach someone on a battleship in the Pacific by not taking NO for an answer, being polite, and asking THEM for suggestions. Good luck and best wishes!
