If you have the cash and know how, anything is possible!
You are going to have to do some serious research on the web and see if you can find a Skyline body and frame, NO engine. US Imports see this as a hunk of steel, not a car. The next thing to do is find the engine for it. This needs to be shipped completely seperate of the car, again, it will only be an imported engine, which isnt illegal:-) The final step is going to be the mating of car and engine! You should find a VERY good auto shop to put the engine in. Why wast all that money on a half *** put-together-car?
This will run you some extra cash, but if you live somewhere that doesnt run emissions check, it is well worth it.

Do race cars use the same gas as us if not what is it ?

Ok, first thing. The R-33 is going to be hard to find. They are around the US but good luck. Second, if you do find one I doubt the owner will be willing to part with it. They are legal in the US once the emissions pass. I've seen one around St. Louis but I can guarantee the owner won't be getting rid of it.
