Where can I find fuel consumption info for vehicles?

The Ford Fiesta was a rebadged Kia.. From around 1996-2001.
I beleive the engine wouldnt be anything more then a 1.8L so you are looking at an output of about 87-90 Kw.. which aint a horrible thing untill you start dragging your mates at stop lights.
However, the good news is it will be light on fuel consumption.

I wouldnt be surprised if you get like 7-9 litres to 100kms travelled on mixed city and freeway driving..considering the car aint new anymore.

Is there more than one manufacturer?

I presume you are in India. the Ford Fiesta in India is not the same as those sold int he rest of the world.
there are two major engine types - PEtrol and Diesel, which each have many variations possible within themselves. Diesels are typically more efficient and have greater torque (pulling power) because of greater compression pressure, but are bulkier, noisier, not as responsive and much less powerful. Petrol engines on the other hand have more Pep and a smoother delivery.

In regards to a driving permit?

The exception to this is the common rail diesel technology, which ford brands as DUraTorq TDCi. these Diesels are nearly as smooth to drive as Petrols, burn very efficiently and are more powerful than conventional diesels.

What is the difference between a 4WD SUV and a 4x4?

The 1.4 Petrol Fiesta may deliver 9~10kmpl in the city. The 1.6 about 8~9kmpl, and the 1.4TDCi diesel about 14~15kmpl.
