Do rental car companies lease or purchase?

First things first; Check your fuses. if all your fuses check out ok, you may have burned out the motor or the rectifier. those parts are not expensive in themselves, but the trick is doing the R&R. Find a good mechanic ( word of mouth is the best way, so ask your friends, etc.) and in the meantime set the controls to VENT. This will allow fresh air to blow thru the heater core to your dash vents. This won't help with fogging to iced windows, but at least it'll keep you from freezing.
