i dont excercise as much as i'd like to because it seems like there just isnt enough time in every day...
i dont eat as healthy as i should either but then again, i've tried my share of diets and none of them seemed to work so i guess i kind of just gave up hope.

try to avoid carbs. or go on a low carb diet. the body absorbs carbs for energy and if you have too much it will store it as fat. it is all a survival thing. remember the body consumes fat buring starvation periods like when food was scarce in the ice age. just like when bears go in for the winter. do some research on the good carbs and low carbs cause i forget and when i start getting fat i usually get sick and loose all my weight. lol also the faster it gets out the system the less the body absorbs, so figure E-lax
well for starters you obviously aren't taking the weight lose seriously. I mean for starters you say you don't exercise...
you say you don't eat right...you want to lose weight it is very simple stop eating crap, exercise and don't over eat.go to weight watchers they will teach you what you need to know to make a lifestyle change.bottom line for anyone overweight, they either eat to much , or eat to much crap, or are just simple to lazy, or any combination of the same...Diets are a short time solution not a lasting one

No more Taco Bell and Big Mac's. You know how much fat is in that crap. I'm I'm my late 30's, have a crappy schedule at my job, and don't get to eat at regular times. But i have never eaten fast food and never been overweight in my life.I think every person is different built different with different metabolism's. EXCERSISE or walk when ever you can.
