i use Avis all the time, they seem to have the best rates on any car,and you have a better selection also,you can choose what you want to rent with them,we rent one sometimes to use to go to Detroit in,and i have always gotten real good cars from them,never any break downs either,but that's about the best place i know of,and if your in one town and you do break down,they,ll have another car to you within an hour or two,that's not bad service at all,but you might want to check with them and compare what they have to offer,its worth the phone call,good luck,i hope this help,s.

We've rented from Hertz, Avis, Budget and Enterprise. We've had nearly equal luck with all, but Enterprise seems the most willing to "go the extra mile" as far as Customer Service.
