I think this is a very interesting question on electric cars.?

Question:
Electric cars run on electricity. Cars run on the outdoors. Now, if there is a thunderstorm, don't you have a higher chance of being struck by lightning?

If you go outside after showering, will you attract rain? Same logic. Electricity doesn't attract more electricity.

In a thunderstorm, you are safer inside your car (electric or otherwise) than standing next to it. The metal shell of the car would conduct electricity around you. Lightning strikes airplanes all the time. This is why the passengers do not get hurt.

Driving Licence?

No, has nothing to do with it. The electrical system of an electric is entirely self-contained and does not act as a lightning rod. An electric car should be equally vulnerable to a regular car.

Halo, i've got bad experience when i was buying a new car, i would like to know if you guys were me.?

No. Regular car engines use electricity, anyway - often as much as 30,000 volts in the spark plugs. Electric cars don't use anything like this much power.

How old does a vehicle have to be to be classed as VINTAGE?

Also, cars are metal, which attracts electricity. But the metal shell acts as a wire mesh and protects the insides from the lightning strike. I have seen film of an induced lightning strike on a VW Golf - with someone in it. After a direct hit, the car started right up, and there was no damage at all. Even the electrical system and computer was fine. So it wouldn't matter if it was hit, anyway.
