In Ontario, Canada is having underglow lighting on your car illegal? if so, what colors are illegal and what colors are'nt?

If you have AAA Plus will they tow your car for free?

I believe they are illegal ONLY if the bulbs are visible. If you can tuck them up and out of the way so they are not visible when in another vehicle then you are OK.
