Is it true that 1st time (new) drivers are more likely to get into a car wreak?

i own a repair shop, and i have heard the same thing about other states also,I'm not sure if there's any truth to it though,i cant see why they would be against the law to have on,it don't look like they could hurt anything, you might try looking up your states governing laws ,and this might help you some with it,good luck on it.

Whats are the pro's and con's of driving an automatic car?

I don't know about US laws, but I can tell you that studded or part -studded tyres use tungsten-carbide steel "studs," which are the same material as drill-bits and hard chisels. They absolutely destroy tarmacadam when the snow and ice melts away, or when the tyres cut through the white stuff to the black stuff.
