Where are you? I run rental fleets and the problem is that most SUV's in rental service are 5 or 6 passenger there are some 7 passenger but I do not recall any 8 passenger SUV versions. What I would be looking for to transport 8 people comfortably is a all wheel drive Chevy Asto van or a Ford Club wagon. You are more likley to find the AWD Astro then anything else. Depending on when you want to rent it, where you are located and how far you are going your price might be a bit low. We rent them in NY for over 500 a week and are booked weeks in advance.
