Question:
I have my own bay at the back of my house.
To get out of my drive I have emerge onto the main road.
To the right hand side there is a sudden bend, there's a bloke who parks his big blue transit van on the pavement on this bend,
This not only affects me but 10 other households with cars,
You can't see anything i'm worried that someones going to get hit
Is it illegal ??
Kids in the area have to walk in the road cos he's in the way

It depends on local laws. It may very well be, but it would have to be posted. Take photos and write a letter to the city about it. They may see the issue of safety and post signs saying not to park. Than it would be illegal and then call the police.
