To the right hand side there is a sudden bend, there's a bloke who parks his big blue transit van on the pavement on this bend,
This not only affects me but 10 other households with cars,
You can't see anything i'm worried that someones going to get hit
Is it illegal ??
Kids in the area have to walk in the road cos he's in the way

just a thought - buy a broken down old mini, dont register it, park it in that space, maybe even a scooter would do.

Sounds like he's obstructing the road way which would be illegal. Is the area he's parked in designated as an area it's ok to part in? If it is and the vehicle is just so large it makes it hard to see it's not.
